I draw on a combination of EMDR, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to provide flexible support tailored to each individual:

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing
Helps the brain process distressing memories and reduce their emotional intensity. EMDR can support healing from trauma, anxiety, and unresolved past experiences in a structured, safe way.

Schema Therapy

Focuses on understanding long-standing patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Schema Therapy helps identify unhelpful patterns developed from early life experiences and provides strategies to respond in healthier, more adaptive ways.

DBT

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
Offers practical skills to manage intense emotions, tolerate distress, improve relationships, and stay grounded in the present. DBT is particularly useful when emotions feel overwhelming or difficult to regulate.

CBT

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
A structured, evidence-based approach that helps you understand and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour. It is widely used to support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and other emotional or behavioural challenges.

For Practitioners
I provide professional supervision for psychologists and other mental health practitioners and am a Board-Approved Supervisor for all levels of psychology. With over 20 years of experience across public mental health, hospital-based care, and private practice, I support clinicians in developing their skills and confidence.

My supervision is collaborative, reflective, and tailored to your professional needs, helping you navigate complex cases, maintain professional standards, and foster your clinical growth.

I offer supervision via secure online Telehealth sessions, making it accessible regardless of location. Sessions can focus on clinical case review, professional development, ethical guidance, or reflective practice.
